Strategic Decision making Internally for the institutes I lead, by strategic decision making, I have multiplied the Net Assets by 5 times in the last 6 years, increasing the revenue and surplus by 120% . This not only demonstrates sound strategic business acumen, but also an understanding of the Asia Pacific market, risk management and project management. I bring with me experience of working in 5 countries over the last 20 years. Today, the institute holds the most reputed brand in the country trusted by major international banks, mining giants, resource companies as their preferred training institute giving a competition to offshore training. The team developed and trained now independently delivers and performs like a cohesive organization. Business Leadership Leading an Higher Education Institute, a Registered Training Provider and a Project Management and Consulting institute in the Pacific, I am a strong believer of Australian programs and the value it brings to the international market. I have demonstrated this by bringing Australian TVET, RTO and Higher Education Partnerships in PNG and pacific countries and recruiting over 1000 students in Australian International Programs.

• Established partnership with Chifley Business School, Torrens University to recruit, deliver and graduate MBA students offshore successfully for 3 years and over
• Instituted partnership with many Australian RTO to deliver Certificate IV, Diplomas and TVET Units in PNG for over 5 years
• Identified several relevant RTO programs to match the needs of international business understanding their pulse
• Delivered successful end to end international training from marketing to graduation of 500+ students in the last 3 years
• Generated over A$3 million of business for International education partners over the years in Papua New Guinea

Innovative delivery model Developed and delivered an innovative model of bringing offshore training onshore and delivering the customized version with the same level of quality and expertise. The model benefits the students overseas and the training providers internationally. The delivery model has been sustainable for over 5 years and has survived through most challenging economic times showing growth year after year.  This has lead to a revision of Australia Awards Policy by DFAT and given them a new approach to deliver training overseas.
